The Whānau Behind Shoreline
Our story, built from the ground up
We’re a locally owned, family-run business based in Pāpāmoa, built on pride, precision, and genuine care. Shoreline is run by us - Jonathan and Emma - alongside our three girls, Aiva, Harper, and Florence.
Jonathan is the one you’ll see out on the tools. With years of hands-on experience in pool and spa servicing and repairs, he’s built a strong reputation across Taranaki, Tauranga, and the wider Bay of Plenty based on his knowledge, reliability, and no short-cut approach. He genuinely cares about doing things properly and takes a lot of pride in his work and delivering the best outcome and experience to his clients.
As a family, we have built Shoreline from the ground up to create a legacy for our kids and something we can really be proud of. For us, it’s not just about maintaining pools - it’s about creating clean, safe, relaxing spaces for families to enjoy. We treat every pool as if it were our own, delivering consistent, high-quality service across the Bay of Plenty.
